Product Operations Program Manager

Galderma is seeking a Product Operations Program Manager to join their new Global Capability Center in Barcelona. This role is critical in developing and implementing a new Product Operating Model across all product segments to drive performance improvements and support future growth. You will act as the analytical and program management lead for Global Product Leaders, ensuring product availability at optimal quality, on time, and within cost.

• Lead analytical aspects of Product Portfolio and product lifecycle
• Facilitate cross-functional Global Product Operating teams
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines
• Analyze potential risks and their criticality
• Mentor and coach team members on standard ways of working
