Technical Project Manager

Leidos is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex strategic initiatives, coordinating system-level functions and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of initiatives, collaborating across service teams, and communicating status to leadership and customers. The position requires strong technical acumen, project management skills, and experience with Agile methodologies in mission-critical environments.

• Lead and track development and implementation of complex strategic initiatives
• Collaborate across service teams to manage dependencies and ensure progress
• Serve as primary interface for communicating initiative status to leadership and customers
• Maintain requirements register, cross-team dependencies, and risk assessments
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation
• Gather and analyze program-level metrics, including status, dependencies, and schedules
