Program Manager

xFoundry is seeking a Program Manager to support our innovative venture-building programs for university students. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our competitions and events, ensuring smooth execution from student team support to large-scale summits. This role is ideal for someone passionate about entrepreneurship and empowering the next generation of innovators.

• Coordinate logistics for multi-day summits, competitions, and smaller gatherings
• Support student teams through the venture-building competition lifecycle
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, speakers, partners, and vendors
• Draft and edit program communications and marketing materials
• Manage event timelines, resources, and attendee tracking
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of program/event coordination experience, or Master's and 3 years
