Senior Project Manager

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver challenging construction projects, including corporate office, lab sites, renovations, and tenant improvements. You will manage projects from inception to closeout, oversee project teams, and ensure client satisfaction by providing innovative solutions.

• Lead and deliver challenging construction projects
• Manage projects from identification through financial closeout
• Oversee project teams including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Provide weekly project updates on schedule, budget, and risk
• Develop risk management plans and ensure no impacts in critical environments
• Manage vendors and ensure compliance with project policies
