Project Manager

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization, seeks a Project Manager to drive process improvement and ensure efficient project delivery. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project plans, and engaging with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

• Cultivate a process improvement culture and design streamlined processes
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate effective communication
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment
• 2-3 years' experience in a Laboratory or Clinical Research environment
