Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure execution excellence within the index business. You will manage programs from ideation through delivery, focusing on growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.

• Lead strategic planning and investment governance for growth and operational resilience initiatives
• Drive new commercial opportunities and translate strategic ideas into actionable plans
• Oversee operational execution, manage cross-team dependencies, and identify process improvements
• Develop streamlined reporting frameworks for governance forums
• Experience in program management within financial markets or index products
• Proven ability to manage large transformation programs and engage senior stakeholders
