Director, Product Program Management

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Director to build and lead their new Product Program Management function. This role involves leading a team of Product Program Managers, establishing best practices and standards, and providing a portfolio-level view of program performance to leadership. The position requires a strong leader who can navigate ambiguity and drive innovation in a remote environment.

• Build and lead a team of 3-5 Product Program Managers
• Establish playbooks, templates, and norms for program management
• Own portfolio-level reporting on program health, risk, and value
• Serve as an escalation point for program-related issues
• Partner with Product Operations, Product & Innovation, and Engineering leadership
• Drive software products through a full development lifecycle
