Project Manager

Humana is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects supporting clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and business transformation for Medicaid programs. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, collaborating with clinical, operational, technology, and compliance stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to successful outcomes
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics
• Monitor project performance, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate governance processes and executive reporting
• Partner with clinical, operational, technology, and compliance leaders
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation and process improvement activities
