Product Manager - Assistant Vice President

As a Product Manager, you will shape the digital client experience for Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE, focusing on self-directed and advised accounts. You will define, build, and optimize end-to-end digital service communication experiences, ensuring a best-in-class user journey through a data-driven approach and close collaboration with various firm-wide teams.

• Lead product development lifecycle from problem definition to post-launch optimization
• Develop and manage prioritized feature backlogs and product roadmaps
• Utilize a data-driven framework for strategic prioritization and trade-offs
• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for client service optimization
• Collaborate with business, technology, UX, and compliance stakeholders
• Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies for roadmap delivery
