Program Manager

Lead and manage privacy projects for HP Products & Services, ensuring compliance with global data protection and AI governance regulations. This role drives program execution, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement, acting as the operational backbone for the privacy organization.

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of privacy and compliance programs
• Manage a portfolio of privacy initiatives and develop program roadmaps
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and business units
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and operational teams
• Develop executive-level presentations and status reports
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies
