Sr. Product Manager

Baselayer is rebuilding the identity layer for businesses in the US, creating a comprehensive business graph for institutions. As the first dedicated Sr. Product Manager, you will define and scope new products to expand Baselayer's reach beyond financial institutions into new verticals. This hands-on role involves writing specs, creating wireframes, partnering with design and engineering, and owning the roadmap for existing products.

• Define and scope new products for verticals beyond financial institutions
• Translate market opportunities into detailed product requirements and specifications
• Create wireframes and flow diagrams to define product tradeoffs
• Own and prioritize the roadmap for existing product surfaces
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
• Lead product launches from scope lock to general availability
