Senior Manager, Technical Program Manager

As a Senior Manager, Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex technical initiatives and drive major transformations across Capital One's platforms. You will pioneer in the technology space, solving business problems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while also helping to grow the TPM discipline within the organization.

• Own operational framework for program execution and roadmap transparency
• Partner with engineering leaders to influence technical decision-making
• Establish program-wide visibility and accountability through metrics
• Drive alignment between product strategy and engineering platform capabilities
• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs
• Experience building highly scalable products and platforms
