About this role
Leidos is seeking a Program Manager to lead critical Foreign Military Sale Navy programs focused on systems upgrades and sustainment. You will provide strategic leadership for contract execution, customer engagement, and technical performance, ensuring successful delivery of cost, schedule, and performance objectives. This role requires strong leadership of globally dispersed teams and building solid relationships with foreign partners and government customers.

- Manage Foreign Military Sale Navy programs for systems upgrades and sustainment
- Lead contract execution to achieve cost, schedule, technical, and performance objectives
- Serve as primary interface with Government Contracting Officer and Leidos leadership
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to Government stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and contractual requirements
