As a Program Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and develop project scope, resources, budget, and timelines
- Manage Unit Cost Reduction (UCR) and New Business Opportunity (NBO) programs
- Apply change, risk, and resource management principles
- Communicate project status and resolve higher scope issues with stakeholders
- Experience in manufacturing, cost reduction, and new product/business projects
