About this role

Nordstrom is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the OmniTrace platform, an AI-powered inventory intelligence system. This role focuses on enhancing inventory management through anomaly detection, traceability, and real-time visibility to improve operational efficiency and reduce shrink. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and execute against it in partnership with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Develop and own the strategic product vision and roadmap for OmniTrace's AI-powered capabilities
Own the enterprise dashboard UI experience for real-time inventory views
Lead product discovery and rapid prototyping for anomaly detection and inventory visibility
Define roadmap toward self-healing, autonomous anomaly resolution
Partner with Supply Chain, Store Operations, Merchandising Operations, Accounting, and Finance
Define and measure KPIs for product features and system health
