PRODUCT MANAGER

BDC is launching an AI-native incubator to reimagine banking for Canadian entrepreneurs. As Product Manager, you will own the impact of this new venture, operating one to two cycles ahead of the team to steer product vision and ensure tangible value creation. This role requires a hands-on operator who can build business cases, define roadmaps, and drive execution in an agile, experimental environment.

• Own product vision, roadmap, and business case with a focus on impact and ROI
• Act as the voice of the business, making data-driven decisions with incomplete information
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ship complex software solutions
• Leverage deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and Composable architecture
• Possess strong knowledge of commercial banking and entrepreneurial ecosystems
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills
