Project Manager (Corporate Event Experiences Planner)

Manage the full lifecycle of corporate events, from planning and budgeting to execution and reconciliation. This role involves coordinating all aspects of virtual, in-person, and hybrid events, including logistics, vendor management, and client communication, with significant travel required.

• Full lifecycle planning and execution of virtual, in-person, and hybrid events
• Financial management including budget development, expense management, and reconciliation
• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts for venues and suppliers
• Coordinate registration, transportation, accommodations, entertainment, and A/V needs
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with internal partners
• Travel up to 40% for site inspections and on-site event management
