IT Program Manager

Lead technology programs and major initiatives for the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) as it transitions to a new transit authority. This role provides portfolio-level oversight, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operational needs. You will establish program management practices, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen execution discipline.
