Lead Product Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape product value propositions and develop go-to-market strategies for business deposit offerings. You will lead strategic growth initiatives, define the future-state product vision, and architect the next generation of business products, focusing on omni-channel experiences and measurable business outcomes.

• Advise senior leadership on business strategies and product direction
• Oversee end-to-end product management and strategic vision for enterprise-wide products
• Lead strategy formulation and resolution of complex, enterprise-level challenges
• Deliver innovative, large-scale solutions considering global market trends and risk management
• Define and communicate product vision, set scope and priorities, and manage the backlog
• Partner and collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and scrum teams across the organization
