Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-project programs to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and contractual obligations. You will establish program governance, integrate delivery across workstreams, and provide executive leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and financial health. This role requires independent drive, rigorous issue resolution, and effective communication with senior stakeholders.

• Own end-to-end program delivery and quality
• Define and implement program-level governance and controls
• Proactively manage program milestones, risks, and issues
• Drive program-level decision-making and change management
• Manage program financials, including budgeting and forecasting
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project management teams
