Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, you will play a key role in supporting and developing current products, as well as launching new initiatives. You will collaborate across departments to ensure product success, from planning and pricing to performance monitoring and lifecycle management. • Support product planning, iteration, and delivery for assigned products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product implementation and efficiency
• Manage product lifecycle, including enhancements and sunsetting
• Analyze market research to identify new opportunities and improve member experience
• Develop product dashboards and measurement plans
• 3+ years of project/program management experience
