Senior Technical Program Manager

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex AI technology programs. You will establish and manage an integrated delivery framework, aligning product development, engineering, and global teams to ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled solutions. This foundational role requires a strategic partner to senior technology leadership, driving program governance, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time with measurable outcomes.

• Lead enterprise AI program delivery across product, engineering, and operations
• Drive cross-functional program management with detailed plans and dependency maps
• Establish program governance, accountability, and decision-making forums
• Manage production readiness, launch gates, and technical validation
