Facilities Technician III, 2nd Shift

Medtronic is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician III for their 2nd shift operations in Eatontown, NJ. This onsite role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including HVAC and utility systems, to support medical technology manufacturing. The position requires a strong understanding of regulated manufacturing environments and a focus on continuous improvement and safety.

• Install, maintain, and repair facility electrical and mechanical infrastructure
• Operate, monitor, and optimize critical utility systems (HVAC, WFI, Purified Water)
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS software
• Partner with engineers and cross-functional teams on system improvements
