Lead Product Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive strategic fraud risk capabilities within the Fraud Management Product organization. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and risk, leading the development and delivery of innovative solutions to protect customers and the bank from evolving fraud threats. You will define product strategy, execute roadmaps, and deliver complex initiatives that create significant customer and business value.

• Define and execute product strategies for fraud prevention, detection, and risk management
• Partner with business, technology, analytics, operations, and risk teams
• Lead product requirements, user stories, and backlog refinement
• Drive initiatives through the full product lifecycle
• Influence stakeholders and senior leaders in a matrixed environment
• Monitor industry trends and emerging fraud threats
