Technical Project Manager

LTS is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead AI-powered modernization initiatives within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) health portfolio. This role involves overseeing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical healthcare systems and enterprise transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML, federal IT governance, and VistA knowledge.

• Lead AI IT modernization projects for VA healthcare and enterprise transformation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Facilitate Agile sprint execution across multiple scrum teams
• Support modernization of legacy VistA/MUMPS-based systems
• Operate within VA's Veterans-focused Integration Process (VIP) framework

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
