Customer Service

Hy-Vee is seeking a Customer Service representative to handle various customer transactions including mail processing, Western Union orders, check cashing, and money order sales. This role involves providing friendly and efficient service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and maintaining a positive company image. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of related experience.

• Process mail, Western Union orders, and utility bills
• Cash checks and sell money orders
• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service
• Assist customers with product location and loading/unloading
• Answer telephones and utilize intercom system
• Maintain positive company image and adhere to guidelines
