Digital Project Manager

ICF is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in modernizing state and federal digital services. You will support planning, execution, and delivery of user-centered solutions, ensuring alignment with timelines and outcomes. This role involves strengthening team operations, managing budgets, and fostering collaboration.

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams in a matrixed environment
• Manage digital development efforts for Federal clients
• Establish and maintain schedules, roadmaps, and release plans
• Manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and track resources
• Perform continuous risk assessment and mitigation
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
