Product Development Manager

ALO is seeking a Product Development Manager to oversee the product creation process from design to production approval. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product integrity, brand alignment, and timely delivery, while managing costs and quality goals within the apparel industry.

• Manage product creation from design handoff to production approval
• Establish and execute brand strategy for product goals
• Negotiate costs and manage vendor relationships
• Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Raw Material, and Sourcing teams
• Manage multi-season development calendars
• Achieve cost management, IMU targets, and quality standards
