Alpha Product Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Alpha Product Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions within investment operations. You will translate complex investment operations requirements into scalable data validation and reconciliation capabilities, supporting the full software development lifecycle. This role offers a unique blend of product development, automation, and hands-on analysis across critical functions like client onboarding and Middle Office reconciliation.

• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications
• Identify and assess automation opportunities for enhanced controls and reuse
• Define and document reconciliation and data validation requirements
• Perform cross-system analysis to identify data discrepancies and functional issues
• Support the full SDLC from design through post-release validation
• Provide functional support and drive issue resolution across teams
