Director-Technical Product Management

Lead the product strategy and execution for a large-scale Salesforce implementation supporting AT&T's retail and contact center operations. You will own the product vision for critical capabilities that enable sales, service, and support for our wireless and broadband products. This role requires deep technical product management expertise, telecommunications domain knowledge, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce-enabled expert experience
• Lead Salesforce and AI-enabled product capabilities across CRM, sales, service, and support
• Drive execution and delivery of high-quality capabilities at scale
• Champion customer and business needs to improve outcomes
• Lead, coach, and develop product managers and product owners
• Communicate complex concepts to executive and technical audiences
