About this role

Voya Financial is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Product Management to lead the technology product roadmap for advisor experience within the Digital & Wealth Management Technology organization. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders and advisors to identify problems, define technology solutions, and deliver AI-native tools that enhance advisor capacity and client outcomes. You will own the product roadmap, specifications, and outcomes, working closely with engineering and a small team of product managers.

Own the Advisor Experience Technology Product Roadmap
Define and maintain a 12-18 month technology product roadmap
Prioritize using advisor workflow research, adoption data, and field feedback
Partner with Wealth Management leadership and advisors to identify and frame business problems
Lead structured discovery with advisors and translate workflow problems into product specs
Drive AI-Native Advisor Tools, including advisor copilot and proposal generation
