About this role

Vanguard is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap, OKRs, and backlog for their ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module. This role involves translating business strategy into product outcomes, prioritizing enhancements, and driving day-to-day product decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Procurement, and Legal to deliver impactful solutions and improve user experience through automation and modern platform features.

Own roadmap, OKRs, and backlog for ServiceNow TPRM module
Translate business strategy into prioritized product outcomes
Prioritize enhancements, defects, and BAU work
Drive day-to-day product decisions and integrations
Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Procurement, and Legal
Leverage automation and AI for efficiency and user experience
