Fiserv is seeking an AI Product Owner to shape the future of Applied Intelligence capabilities within Finxact. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate user needs into requirements and deliver intelligent features that enhance productivity and platform adoption. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of product management and AI, defining how emerging technologies solve real customer problems.

What we are looking for

Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams to define and deliver Finxact’s Applied Intelligence suite
Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities for AI
Gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and market trends for product improvements
Shape practical and trustworthy AI-assisted experiences
Support the agile product development lifecycle and backlog management
