Project Controls Lead (Design & Construction)

Anduril Industries seeks a Project Controls Lead to manage financial aspects of design and construction projects. This role involves establishing cost structures, forecasting, reporting, and overseeing change order and invoice management. You will collaborate with construction managers, finance teams, and external consultants to ensure efficient project execution and responsible capital spending.

• Establish cost category structure and WBS for construction projects
• Implement best practices for cost forecasting and financial reporting
• Manage change order process and oversee PMO staff
• Develop project approval processes and role delineation frameworks
• Create financial reporting templates and establish project KPIs
• Coordinate construction invoice review and manage PMIS implementation
