Project Manager

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to oversee capital improvement projects for a client account, managing all project phases from programming to closeout. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client objectives. The Project Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Manage capital improvement projects for a client account
• Oversee project lifecycle from programming to closeout
• Manage multiple small-duration projects simultaneously
• Ensure delivery within budget and on schedule
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate, project management, or construction management
