About this role

As a Technical Program Manager at CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive new product introductions from concept to launch. What we are looking for

Lead Program Core Teams for NPIs from concept to launch
Translate customer requirements into product specifications and plans
Drive solution development with engineering teams and manage technical risks
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, manufacturing, and sales
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
5+ years in technical program management or product development
