Principal Product Manager

Bonterra is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a critical product area within their Fundraising Experiences business unit. You will shape strategy and execution to deliver meaningful outcomes for nonprofit customers and drive social impact. This role requires strong product judgment, customer empathy, data analysis skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives
• Own product outcomes including adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue
• Conduct continuous product and market discovery, including customer research and data analysis
• Develop and own product packaging, pricing, and positioning strategies
• Lead end-to-end product launches and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Leverage data, AI, and insights to inform product decisions and iteration
