Manager, Product Management

Carrier is seeking a Manager, Product Management to serve as a technical resource for selling customized commercial HVAC product solutions. This role involves collaborating with the data center sales team, providing technical expertise, and translating field feedback to product management and engineering for roadmap development. The position follows a hybrid schedule.

• Collaborate with sales to identify customer requirements and develop HVAC solutions
• Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process
• Conduct site visits and assessments for HVAC system design
• Prepare detailed proposals and technical documentation
• Manage customer performance request pipeline
• Assist with SIOP and long-range planning
