Product Program Specialist

Standard Textile is seeking a Program Manager to lead product and program initiatives supporting the company's growth strategy. This role involves managing product lifecycles, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring new products meet business goals and customer expectations. You will partner with various departments to bring ideas from concept to commercialization.

• Manage product development and commercialization from concept to final development
• Lead RFP and brand program deliverables
• Develop and maintain pricing, margin analysis, and roadmap updates
• Partner with R&D, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Marketing for alignment
• Gather and interpret customer and market insights
• 1-3 years experience in Product or Business/Marketing Strategy
