Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring successful execution across engineering, testing, quality, and profitability. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, while identifying and mitigating risks to achieve strategic goals. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external customers to drive manufacturing readiness and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Manage program execution from concept to launch
• Define scope, set goals, create roadmaps, and manage timelines
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and communicate with stakeholders
• Allocate resources, manage budgets, and track spending
• Oversee testing, prototype activities, and component/tooling approvals
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer requirements
