Development Program Manager (Electrical Engineering)

Lead and manage the design, pre-construction, and construction activities for data center projects. This role involves daily interaction with various stakeholders, including facilities, contractors, designers, and operations staff, requiring strong communication skills to manage budgets, schedules, and project status for executive-level reviews.

• Manage multiple construction projects and maintain budgets and schedules
• Develop and communicate program status for executive reviews
• Create master development programs and capital budgets for sites
• Manage entitlement, permitting, and phased site development plans
• Write scopes of work and evaluate pricing proposals
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams on custom deal solutions
