Senior Technical Program Manager

Visa is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across their core banking, card issuing, and payments platforms. This highly technical role requires deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and distributed systems to drive execution across engineering, product, and operations teams. You will engage with engineers on technical designs and communicate risks and plans to executive stakeholders and clients.

• Lead complex, multi-team programs spanning core banking, card issuing, and payment processing
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives from concept through production rollout
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams to ensure scalable and resilient solutions
• Coordinate activities across Product Management, Engineering, SRE, Architecture, and Operations
• Support strategic client initiatives involving large financial institutions
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, and escalation processes
