About this role
TJX Europe is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their Workday Compensation team. This role involves designing and configuring secure, scalable solutions within the Workday platform, focusing on compensation modules. You will lead cross-functional discovery sessions, mentor junior analysts, and ensure solutions meet audit and regulatory requirements.

- Analyze business processes and translate into Workday solutions
- Partner during backlog refinement and drive discovery
- Coordinate functional and non-functional testing
