Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complex hardware, software, and rack-level solutions from concept to production. You will own program schedules, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery of critical milestones for our technology innovator clients. This role requires strong leadership and a proven ability to drive alignment across global teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead cross-functional engineering development for L10 systems and L11 rack-level solutions
• Own and drive overall program schedule planning, execution, and milestone management
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including risk assessment and mitigation
• Drive hardware, software, and rack-level product solutions from NPI through mass production
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer milestones and program deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution and communication
