Director, Technical Product Management

Lead the vision, engineering, and delivery of enterprise digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and provide data-driven insights. You will oversee multiple engineering teams building customer-facing applications, AI-enabled features, and cloud-native solutions. This role requires partnering across departments to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital platforms.

• Define and execute technology strategy for digital experience and customer data platforms
• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering full-stack web applications, APIs, and cloud-native solutions
• Drive development of customer-facing portals, self-service platforms, and digital commerce capabilities
• Advance modern engineering practices including DevSecOps and CI/CD automation
• Champion composable architecture, API-first design, and reusable platform capabilities
• Leverage AI and machine learning to improve customer experiences
