About this role

As a Program Management Analyst - Launch at Slate, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of vehicle launches. You will track issues, coordinate resolutions, and report on progress to cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing. This role is key to identifying and mitigating launch risks, contributing to our mission of building safe, reliable, and customizable vehicles in the USA.

Track launch issues, deviations, and action items
Coordinate corrective actions and risk resolution
Develop leadership dashboards and status reports
Support launch readiness and containment activities
Monitor issue aging and escalate overdue actions
Facilitate launch review meetings and document outcomes
