Principal AI Product Experience Manager, Technical

T-Mobile is seeking a Principal AI Product Experience Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of network-native AI products. This role focuses on creating exceptional user experiences and ensuring AI products are trustworthy, scalable, and revenue-generating across various devices. You will collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and design teams to define interaction paradigms and drive product success.

• Own product experience vision, strategy, and roadmap for network-native AI
• Define interaction and trust paradigms for AI, including disclosure and explainability
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and drive cross-functional execution
• Serve as the experience evangelist, championing customer-first mindset
• Ensure AI solutions are feasible, scalable, and meet accessibility standards
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design for end-to-end product delivery
