Sr. Product Manager (Hybrid - NYC, Newark, NJ, or AZ)

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation regulatory communications and digital shareholder engagement solutions. This role involves owning product strategy and execution, translating complex regulatory changes and client needs into scalable products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in financial services.

• Develop and manage product roadmap for digital shareholder engagement and regulatory communications
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities
• Lead products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
• Partner with technology, UX, operations, legal, compliance, and information security teams
• Develop strong understanding of client workflows and operational pain points
• 3-5 years of product management experience in financial services, fintech, or capital markets
