Director of Product Management

Spectris is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead product vision, strategy, and go-to-market execution for software, hardware, and integrated solutions. This senior leader will bridge Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, focusing on commercializing integrated offerings and leveraging AI for product enhancement and market intelligence. The role requires a strong background in B2B technology, preferably in aerospace and defense.

• Define and lead multi-year product strategy and roadmap
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to commercialization
• Identify and prioritize market opportunities for revenue growth
• Define and deliver integrated solution sets combining software, hardware, and services
• Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
• Leverage AI tools for market intelligence and product decision-making
