Senior Product Manager

Workday is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for country-specific payroll functionality. You will collaborate with legal, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure statutory requirements are met and deliver best-in-class payroll experiences for customers.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for country payroll
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Translate regulations and customer needs into product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA for feature delivery
• Gather feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
